FREE DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND*
*The areas defined by the term that we use as “UK mainland” is set by postcode by our courier company. It does not include all of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland or some other islands, where a 24–hour delivery service operates due to the distance from us and the extra courier charges incurred.
Normally we aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary, especially during busy seasons such as before Christmas, but please allow 2–5 working days for your order to arrive with you. If it hasn’t arrived after 5 working days and you haven’t heard anything from us please do let us know.
All of our UK mainland deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or with DPD who provide a next working day courier where possible (or with DHL to Northern Ireland). For Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and ‘rest of the world’ delivery may take longer.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - £7.99
International shipping costs are on average charged at a flat rate of £7.99. International delivery will take longer than our domestic delivery. Standard post may take up to 28 days to be delivered. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the office.
When ordering from 10ofThose, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country.
Please note that we can not send larger International orders (ie over 2KG in weight) to PO Box addresses. This is because we require a signature for larger International orders so that it can be fully tracked and traced.
Returns & Terms and Conditions
PRICES
The price you see is the price you pay. Charges for postage and packing are detailed on the site. You’ll automatically receive confirmation of your order via email. Please note there may be additional charges for international shipping.
All prices include VAT, where applicable.
All offers are subject to availability.
We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment or refund (as applicable). We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.
All goods remain the property of 10ofThose Ltd until the payment has been settled in full.
PAYMENT
Payment on our website is managed by a secure system, SagePay. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited within 3 working days.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All return requests and damages must be notified to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns will not be accepted back without a Returns Authorisation Form (RAF).
If you have a query or if wish to make a return, please email returns@10ofthose.com with your order/invoice number before sending anything back.
The refund/exchange will not be processed without a Returns Authorisation Form (RAF) from us.
Please allow up to 30 days for any money to be returned back to your account. Your statutory rights are not affected. Credit card refunds will be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, though often money will be returned much quicker than two cycles.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for eBooks or other digital content unless the files are faulty. Please ensure you are buying the digital copy, only if you require the digital copy. If there is a problem with your eBook file please do get in touch and we will resolve this for you.
YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION – FOR CONSUMERS
This section applies to consumers only (and not to businesses or other organisations) who order goods.
You have the right to cancel your contract with Tenofthose Ltd at any time up to 14 days after you receive the goods, in line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations. To cancel your contract in this time frame you must notify us in writing, either by post or by email to returns@10ofthose.com.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to Tenofthose Ltd at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or mis–described.
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
DELIVERY
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary but please allow up to 6 working days for your order to arrive with you. If when placing your order you know you need your resources by a certain date please contact the office.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
On most occasions we will hold the whole order until all items are in stock (should we have insufficient stock to complete your order). We do this to reduce the cost to you. We will notify you of this if this is the case. Items can be sent separately on request.

You can shop with SagePay safe in the knowledge that your transactions are secure.

This information is process lawfully under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. It is processed under Contract for the purposes of providing services you request from us, or with Consent for the purposes of improving the service we provide to you or providing information to you with the products and services we provide.

IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS
We work hard to ensure that the images we display and the book descriptions given are up to date and accurate. Some product covers may vary upon delivery. Please contact the office if you have any queries. If you notice a discrepancy on the website please contact the office. We reserve the right to remove product reviews in part or in full at our discretion. Reviews that point to other websites will be removed immediately. The submission of them grants us permission to use them in publicity and other means as we see fit.
RECEIPTS, BILLS AND SETTLEMENT ERRORS
We always provide a receipt with the goods. We promise to correct any errors in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible.
